Yep... but it will just be a treat for my p229 - not a steady diet...

Please let us know after you shoot this round. I find it intriguing, but I don't want to be the test shooter..:wow:

I plan on getting a box or two and thumping some water jugs and other targets with it.

    No chrono at this time.

I'll let others post their results.

If you want to stop that bullet with 1 gallon milk jugs, you better line up a bunch of them, ha ha:supergrin:

I want to chrono it. BB's 357Magnum load does 1800fps out of 16" Lever rifles. I'd like to see what can be done with this autoloading round.

They look good so far, you can tell they are heavy for a 9mm/357 bullet in your hand.

The neck on those cases looks longer than normal to me...

Maybe so, but it seems to feed and eject from the Glock 32.

I hope to go shoot it on Sat.

Has anyone had a chance to fire some of this new 180 gr. stuff yet?

We had to go to the minor care on Saturday to see a Doctor for Nancy's allergies, but still hope to go shoot some .357 SIG this next weekend.

Mike at Double Tap has now announced that 20 round boxes of his
products are out now- with the .357 SIG to be out shortly.

It would be nice if someone woul disassemble the cartridge to see what and how much powder is inside...

I think the 180 gr is too heavy for this cartridge I am shooting Lyman 125 grain Devastators cast HP's from the 357SIG and 9x25 Dillon with good results.

180gr @ 1025 fps? It's basically a .355" .40S&W. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of the .357 Sig, IMO.
