I recently purchased a nylon shoulder rig for my G 21 Glock. The pistol goes into the holster till it reaches the trigger guard. The trigger guard then rest outside the 'bucket' of the holster itself. Is that a proper fit..or should the trigger guard actually go 'into' the bucket some ?
    Thank you

The trigger needs to be protected from inadvertently touching off a round or having a snag discharge the weapon.

    Do you have a picture?

GLOCK 44 in *Desantis Osprey. A little smaller than a G21, but should encase the pistol in like fashion.

    * Pretty good low-cost belt holster.

I wouldn't carry it with the trigger exposed like that!

Never buy a holster that is not built for a specific gun.

That’s remarkably similar to a revolver holster
