i went to the website and could not find any email adress.
just give glock a call
You're going to have to go old school and pick up a phone. You'll actually get to talk with a live person. Try it.
I MUCH prefer talking to a human being. I hate sending emails and then having to wait however long the person feels like waiting before they respond, if they respond at all. I do it at work all of the time and I cannot stand it. Sometimes, it is just more convenient, but I try to always make sure to respond to everybody who sends me one within 24 hours. It is out of respect for the customers.
I like knowing that there is somebody on the other end that understands what I need and then they can personally make sure that happens. And if for some reason things do not go smoothly, then I have the name of who I spoke to.
Sorry, rant off now. This is just one of those things that really annoys me. (Nobody using live interaction with others these days.)
does glocks service dept have an email? NO
gssf and teamglock is the only e-mail i have seen
Call 1-770-432-1202 and ask for the Warranty Service Department.
They'd rather be working on Glocks than answering a gazillion emails.....much faster to answer the phone.
