i haven’t carried it on my EDC journey just have it in my car. Any recommended Holsters for a G27?
Or should I give the sticky a try for a week or 2?

I have been using Sticky holsters for 4 years for IWB carry. They work quiet well for me.

I had a few before I realized they had a fatal flaw...for me. I like to position my index finger outside the holster and parallel to the slide so that when the pistol comes out of the holster on the draw, the trigger finger is automatically on the frame and not anywhere near the trigger.

With a Sticky holster using this technique, more times than not, the holster would come out of my pants with the pistol since my index finger was contacting the holster and pulling it out.

I solved the problem by ordering a custom Sticky Holster with a clip. The clip hooks into the seam of my jeans and my belt rides over the clip. The holster now stays put regardless of whether my index finger contacts the holster on the draw.

Once this issue was solved, the Sticky Holster became a very viable carry system for me. Super comfortable and will accommodate a number of pistols.

I have several for my single and double stack pistols. I love them. I also have kydex and leather holsters and use the remora holsters about 80% of the time.

Never tried a Sticky. I've got a Dara Kydex IWB but it sit kinda low.

I bought a Remora for my Taurus G2C that also works perfectly for my 27. That's how I've been carrying my 27 in the waistband about 8:00 (I'm a lefty).

I would never use one for iwb because they aren't secured and tend to be a little loose, but they make a pretty good pocket holster.

I personally don’t feel comfortable with striker fired no safety and anything but kydex or other rigid / semi-rigid system.

For long DA or with a safety, sure. Or an NAA with hammer down (on safety notch) in pocket, sure.

That’s just my personal comfort zone.

I’ve used one for multiple years, with multiple guns...they do stick in place, I have never had one shift or move. Works for me, try it out.

I gave up on IWB Holsters but sw the add for The Sticky Holster, so I decided to give it a try for my G 43. Wore it for about a week and it was somewhat OK for a brief time but then it was becoming a bit loose and uncomfortable, so I went bck to my Pocket Holsters or my OWB Holster! Just not for Me!

I use them for small (Jframe) revolvers kept in my vehicles drivers door pockets. It keeps them well positioned and do not rattle while driving down the road.

The only negative that I had was reholstering, but in the event that I might have to pull my weapn, reholstering is the least of concerns.
Also, as the Sticky holster breaks in, this improve dramatically.

I have Sticky holsters for all of my guns for storage, but I don't carry them because they won't stay where I put 'em.

Yup, Yup I use a Sticky Hostler for pocket carrying my LC9, LC9s, S&W J frame's and a couple Colt Dick Specials.

Soon as my coats come out so does the Sticky Hostlers. I like em, they tend to stay put well.

Been thinking about trying one with the G43, but I've got drawers full of holsters. Do I really need one more?
    Probably.
