absolutely not! those custom Glocks are completely dangerous! they shoot by themselves, they purposely hit innocents, and sometimes they just plain eat your sammich!

Fighting pistols are not clown accessories.

Wear a custom GLOCK if you enjoy being laughed at while hosting grotesque barbeques or attending mindless family reunions.

Any problems with your ZEV? A beautiful gun, well balanced and accurate. but a lot of reports about reliability and difficulty getting ZEV to stand by their work.

Mine is mildly "adapted" for me! I bought a G-26 and then went to the G27. I swapped barrels (357 Sig), installed Tru-Glo sights, a HYVE magazine plate and slide "ears" from Israel.

It shoots 1.5" groups at 7 and 10 yards and has been fired enough that I know all its eccentricities and is reliable. Extra mags and an IWB holster. It's my EDC.

I'm a big believer in modifying a gun to your personal taste. However, as you stated above, most departments that I am familiar with and those that I worked with, require the duty gun issued for on duty carry. There's a reason for this. One department that I worked for allowed you to carry your own gun if 9mm or higher. I was in charge of firearms training and at one session one of the officers was bragging about his Glock with a "light" trigger pull. When we checked it out he had installed the competition trigger with about a 3 lb trigger pull. Made him change out to a standard trigger (not the NY) because, as we have seen of late, every fault, misdeed or erroneous action by a police officer not only reflects on him, but the department and every cop in the United States. An accidental misfire by a cop that injures or kills an innocent makes national headlines.

Both my ZEV guns run great

    no hiccups or issues

I would not carry this gun if I had any doubt especially these days

from day one this gun shot and ran well

it’s light and ergo’s are great

    I have a 21 that I’ve had for decades and recently bought a 43X and a 45

the 43X is for my wife and the 45 is going to a buddy in Alaska who was having a hard time finding one

Point is I have a bunch of custom 1911’s and other very nice carry options and these days this is what is on my belt everyday

I have 6 different holsters for it and I’m very pleased

now I did have my very good gunsmith go over it and we have the ZEV Fulcrum trigger set at 5 pounds. It’s a clean break and on a carry Glock I don’t want a light trigger

some favorite holsters are a Garrett leather lined OWB

I also like these IWB FDO’s worn through the belt

BDBABC7B-FCC3-4F32-AFF6-49D319E3E366.jpeg 100% reliable and I don’t hesitate to carry them anytime or anywhere. All guns I own are carry capable, what is the point in having a gun if it doesn’t work?

I found it difficult finding an AIWB holster for my ZEV OZ9c.

To each there own. I wouldn't trust anything I carry until I've fired several hundred rounds through it.

I agree I won’t carry anything that has not seen at least 300 to 400 rounds through it with out a hiccup

luckily I shoot enough that I can break in a gun in a week

I can see that being an issue

mine are all built on factory frames and therefore I have unlimited options for holsters

one reason I never cared for the polymer 80 guns
