I used to do the really stupid hot stuff but stomach can't deal with it so much these days. I have many stories that involve people people I know, myself included, having bad run ins with Ghost Chili's.

I love hot spicy food but somewhere around the age of 47, my body decided it didnt like it. It has been many years since I have had anything other than a dash of pepper. I miss Sriracha the most, I used to put it on everything.

Spicy yes. Hot no. There is a difference. Overdoing it to the point of ruining any flavor is a no as well.

Well the guy who owns the joint gave me some of his enhancer made from Ghost, Reeper, and last Scorpion Peppers. Salsa Paste.

The amount was like a Buck Shot on Toothpick, consistancy was like paste. Started off warm, build fire like a jets after burner.

Honestly the HOTTEST Stuff I have experenced, but still had a flavor profile. Good, great, but would bet a teaspoon would be hard to handle, unless there was John clos 12 hours later.
