These days, I find it harder to turn a blind eye when someone has acted unprofessionally at work, selfishly in my personal life, or just repeatedly acted like a dingus.

I often deal with the opposing side in my line of work, and generally they are gracious and courteous. But those few (and it is very few) that get on my bad side tend to stay there. They find they don't get return calls from me or similar favors, when they have declined similar basic courtesies towards me in the past.

Seems like when I was younger I was more chilled out and tended to 'let it go' when faced with a perceived injustice. Now, I'm not so inclined to look the other way. Too many people out there just act like jerks and think nothing of it.

    /end rant

Usually I don't hold a grudge, but there's one guy I'd push into a airplane propeller if given the chance.

I wouldn't say I hold a grudge... but I never forget those that wronged me and those that helped me.

Well I don't know if it is holding a grudge or not. There is the local realtor who was a real *** to me and a co-worker and lied to our boss about what we did. I would never buy a house that his company is marketing. I also tend to think of his last name as jackass instead of jackson. I don't really hate the guy, but when he revealed his character I decided that is exactly the type of person who won't get my money.

Sad to say, both. There are some people in my life that have offended me and I won't let it go. Most of the time I just let it roll off my back and move on.

I used to be really bad about holding grudges when I was younger. These days, it's easier/less stressful just to let things go and move on with my life but I don't forget things easily either.

No grudges but I don't spend time conversing with those who have consistantly wronged me either.

There is one guy that I've held a grudge against since 1989. And when he dies, I'm gonna make my dancing debut on his casket. He wronged my entire family and I was asked to let karma handle it. So far I've been able to keep that promise to my Dad.
But I'll never forget or forgive that dirtbag.
