Do snap-on OWB holsters conceal well?

I want to buy a premium OWB holster for a G 30s. I like the idea of a snap-on so I do not have to remove my belt. My question to those who have had these: do they hold the weapon as close to the body as belt loop pancake versions? I am interested in premium or custom leather only, like TT, High Noon, Milt Sparks and the like. The foremost consideration is concealment, so I would be wiling to forego the convenience of a snap-on if there is not one available that conceals as well as a belt loop.

    Thanks for your advice!

I have a Raven Phantom OWB with snap loops that holds the gun very tight to the body. I don't have a better pic right now:

I like the TT Pancake or High Noon Topless for my G30s. Personally I think the belt slot holster conceals better so unless you really need the snap on feature I would do without it.

In the leather category, I've carried Glocks in a Milt Sparks NP-1 (model now discontinued) and a Seth's Gun Leather Paladin. Leather snap-on OWB holsters seem to require a little wider footprint (how much lateral space it takes up on your waist) than some in kydex, but what affects the concealability more than the method of attachment OWB is how thick a Glock is (how far out from your waist).

I have a UBG (Ugly Bald Guy) Regulator for every pistol I carry OWB. Tucks in close and workmanship is great!!

I carry full sized guns(Sig P226, Springfield XD45, Springfield XDM .40) in a Mitch Rosen Premier Express. I am extremely happy with these holsters and they make life so much easier. It conceals all of these weapons extremely well. While it doesn't make the weapon completely disappear, most people will think that it is a cellphone if they care to look at all.
