    It was pretty good...

    I made a batch of really decent Pesto sauce---paste actually, the other day
    for pasta and I wondered how it would be baked, then broiled, on top of Salmon...

    I liked it a lot...

    Good garlic and herb taste with a lil' texture...

    The Pesto was made with fresh Basil, Mint, Italian Parsley, Garlic, Parmesan, Walnuts,
    S&P, Lemon, and Olive Oil, all whizzed up in the Queez...

    I forgot to take a photo after it was cooked...
