Midway is the cheapest but be aware they changed the name of the machine to Hornady LNL. Boy, saved you from making a big mistake... you can thank me later. :whistling:

Dillon doesn't really allow resellers to "discount" their equipment, so you won't find some great deal unless you buy used.

Most just buy from Dillon or Brian Enos' site, he has some good package deals. I got mine last March from Enos.

I think Dillon products new are the same price everywhere. This site is pretty popular and you get free shipping. He also has some as it should be packages. His forum is also a good resource on Dillon machines.

+1 on BE. Free shipping makes it cheaper than buying from Dillon directly (although the order from BE shipped directly from Dillon)

You can buy a "naked" 550 which comes without a few things that you may already have if you've been reloading for a while. Saves about $30 IIRC. I looked into it, and just went for the regular 550.

    Jack,

Once you get ole Blue wet and slippery again (like Steve showed you), you'll be back in love again.

The only way to get Dillon really discounted is via Graf's with a FFL/C&R. BE does not really stock Dilon products, he has stuff drop shipped from Dillon. So he is just eating away at his end. Pretty neat to not have to warehouse and deal with Fed Ex or UPS.

    Don:

Have had more than several things in my life that were 'wet and slippery' and always managed to find something both 'different and better'.

I find that 'using' the same thing over and over and over is akin to scratching an itch that doesn't itch anymore.

I'm Italian... we tend to get bored easily. :whistling:

Dealers pay for shipping, or at least they used to, from Graffs.

Enos is a better deal when you factor in shipping.

My vote is for Brian Enos. Easy to order and he has very good info on what you need and don't.

Grafs is out of stock, however with any FFL their price is $110 dollars cheaper, you pay shipping. Without FFL, their price is $55 cheaper and includes shipping!

Beware machines from Grafs doesent come with some of the stuff that they do from elsewhere.

The 550s from Graffs are bare bones.
