Is the ONLY difference the barrel? In other words, the extractor and all else the same? (I know the mag followers are different, I mean on the gun itself: frame and slide)

2nd question, will the Glock .357 SIG barrel work in my G27 or do I need an aftermarket company like Lone Wolf?

    TIA

Only differences are the barrel and the follower. A factory G33 barrel will fit and function 100% in a G27 slide and visa versa.

    DannyR is correct as usual.

Glock and Lone Wolf barrels will work just fine. The .40s&w magazines you already have will feed .357sig ammo just fine too.

Here is a video of someone dropping in a Lone Wolf .357sig barrel into a 23 (iirc) and using .40s&w mags. A Glock Barrel is the same way though, I have a .40s&w barrel for my G32 (.357sig), works beautifully...
