So I guess I'll create another one. :)

    Eric,

Thank you for all the effort and work you've put into making Glocktalk a cool destination (for me) on the web. Could it be better?

Well, could my own relationship with my spouse, my mom, my kids be better? The answer for both of those is yes.

Your efforts, and those of your moderators do not go un-noticed, and we realize that there is a lot of behind the scene housework that is done to make the place have any semblance of being "normal".

If I had $100/year to donate to keep this site running, I'd cut you the check this evening :), for me it's well worth the knowledge, entertainment, breaking news, conservative analysis of said news, critical thinking....and of course, a whole lot of laughs this place provides.

I wish you good physical, mental (you're gonna need that bud!) and fiscal health in 2010 and onwards.

For the rest of our unsung heroes who patrol here as mods, I tip my hat to you too. When I stray from here to other sites, the reminders are quick, numerous and stark why I've made this place my virtual home.

Chances are I'm going to offend a bunch of you this year, piss people off, get under your skin, be irritating, make you :steamed: ...all I can tell you is, suck it up and get on with life , because I have to deal with the same crap in my personal life - and plowing thru the heated times & staying the course is what makes my personal non-GT life rewarding. (in other words, please don't ban me!)

In closing, here is to a great 2010.

    'Drew

Ditto. Visited a lot of forums over the years, guns, cars, photography, etc, GT is absolutely the best by far.

Y'all just be sure and visit those GT sponsors, ya heah? Also, consider buying from them when you want something that they sell. Sponsors play a very important role, too.

Reminds me of when I was a kid. When my grandfather would do something nice for me, I'd say, "Thank you". He invariably responded, "I can't put that in my pocket".

    Thanks Eric!
