If not, are you going to?

Me being nosy again it's what I do.

I have not been tested and I have no intention of ever being tested.*

    *EDIT: Unless I get sick.

If I don’t feel sick, I don’t know why I would be tested. From what I understand, it’s a pretty unpleasant experience.

If I get sick, hell yes I’ll get tested,if I’m able to get one.

I don’t understand the point of your question,

No, but might if I suspect that I have been exposed to it.

You will be tested when you get sick. Maybe. By then you will have infected several people. That is the way it is because CDC screwed up from the very beginning in implementing the same kind of testing South Korea managed. At this point we are probably beyond containment.

Right now where I live NO ONE can get tested unless they are symptomatic. Our wonderful bureaucracy has seen to that.

I'm no longer out with the great unwashed on a daily basis..................but the wife is "essential" so I get second hand exposure, if nothing else. I figure it is inevitable that we get it, may already have it.
I'm not real wild about the idea of a vaccine, if it has been rushed into production, either.

    Nobody makes it out alive.

Have had my mind around that fact and am at peace with my life for a long time now.

I'm doing what I can do to eliminate unnecessary risk, I'm well stocked up, and beyond controlling what I can control, not worrying. I'm not sick, and don't anticipate being tested absent that.

    Just my $.02.

No reason at this point. If they came up with a test to show if you had it and got over it I would like that test when things are calmed down and it does not take resources away from others. It would make me more comfortable to get back on my work travel if I knew I had it and likely protected. I had some crud in Feb that was not flu or strep and I had a fly shot so might have been it. Ran a low fever off and on for a few days last week. No way to know much from any of it. Also my allergies have been bad lately. Florida

I've been sick for three weeks. Late in the day my lungs kind of act differently and I tire real easily. Getting the test might just cause some other health problem. I've never had fever, but some are "a-symptomatic." Seems like any "screening" involves a thermometer and whether or not you been to China. No real solid answer to any question. I for one don't want to be tested and have my "+" or "-" added to the fear drive stats on Fox News.

Going to get tested puts one at risk of catching it IMO, so seeking a test while healthy makes no sense if you are in high risk categories.

Unless you were sick why would you? The lines of cars I see here is absolutely nuts.

If you get tested today and you are negative you could have it tomorrow.

The only test that makes any sense is the one that will tell you you have had it and you have the antibodies. That test is not widely available yet.

Moot point Hannie, no mass testing available in FL.

If easy testing is available, I'd encourage you to take it.
Not that I care much either way, your choice, but you might think about taking a test if it's easily available just to avoid the small chance you might be "patient 1" that may have a disastrous affect on your significant others work group.

Already got it, have the antibodies, all three of us. And very comforting.
