Hello I just bought this Arsenal/global trades SSR-85B rifle for 500.00 with 1 mag it is about 96% new..like had about 150rds thru it...the rifle next to it is a rom SAR1, I redid the wood on it and duracoated it.

I would say you did. The SSR-85B was built using an unissued Polish AKM parts kit on a Hungarian FEG pre-ban receiver with Bulgarian wood furniture. I bought mine direct from Global Trades at their table at the Dallas Market Hall Gunshow about this time 10 years ago. It's a great looking AK, very well put together, quite accurate and has been 100% reliable for me. I think I paid $450.00 or thereabout back then IIRC.

Reasonable price and excellent gun. I have one of the last, with the FEG receiver. When they ran out of FEG, the rest were built on a US made frame. I hated to see that company go under.
