Good example to address the TC vs CN questions that were floating here recently.

Of these, do you have preferences? I might buy a bit of 9mm bullets to get me to the next casting session.

I prefer the round nose truncated cone of all the shapes.

I too got mine today and will load some up and post the results. I have some HP38 in the Square Deal and a range in the back yard.

I fired about 30 of the DG 124gr RN in my G19 Gen4 and they loaded and shot flawlessly. Good accuracy out to 50 yards on a full sized IPSC steel target. I disassembled one round and found the Hi-Tek fully intact without any scrapes or ring. Load was 4.3 gr HP38 1.120 which is listed very close to max. I am satisfied.

How nice to have a range in your own back yard!

No kidding. I covet Hickock45's range. My company is strongly considering going all in on WFH permanently since we've been very successful. If they do, I'm looking at getting out of town and getting a piece of land that is adjacent to BLM land as a backdrop to some steel. Would be awesome.

My wife and I moved from SoCA six years ago and bought property in NW GA. They give the land away here. I wanted room to shoot and hunt so here we are in the forest. It is sort of like Hickok's layout. I think I got the idea for the range from his videos. Steel targets are not that expensive.

When all the 'BLM' riots and strange stuff was first ramping up, I was only half paying attention for several days, but wondering what the Bureau of Land Management had to do with all that stuff. A friend who works for Army CoE was wondering too. Turns out... the media wasn't talking about the Bureau of Land Management.

That's because your 'white privilege' shields you from the struggles oppressed millionaire ballers have had to deal with in their pursuit of justice and equality. ✊✊✊

??? You had never heard of BLM, or you had never heard of BLM? Which is it now?

I retired from Fed Gov't and was always a camper/fisher/outdoors person so BLM was always Bureau of Land Management - always! Slap to forehead, indeed!

For the record, GT altered my fist emoji and turned them yellow from black. I see what's going on around here! White privilege and oppression know no bounds!

Not one of these folk have a family to support. If you totaled their saving/investments for the future I doubt you could buy a bus ticket to St. Louis.

I apologize for going so far off topic but this is where it led.

I just received 3K backordered 124 JHP RMR bullets. They are pumping them out also. They run 10.2 cent a bullet... but are dual purpose.

Also they have or just had 130 grain OTM MK319 SOST .308 bullets. Barrier blind. Imma try them in 300 BLK.

How long did you wait for the b/o? I've had 3K, 9mm, 147s backordered from RMR for >10 weeks. (July 19th) They effectively cashed my check, created a mailing label on 7/21, and........

I’ve had great success using scrap railroad tie plates for steel targets on my range. They’ll last forever when used exclusively with handguns.

...put a few of these downrange today. I still stand by my 'thinnest coating' critique. I didn't get any leading, though, so that's a plus (didn't shoot 100+ yet, either, so we'll see).

I got some 'TG' like smoke for a few of the strings ( >3.3gr)...

Still have to put on paper (just chrono and a rapid string on steel) to check accuracy, but they'll definitely put holes in paper and ping steel. I take responsibility for the flier (but not the paint job). :)
