How come I can not change my desktop. When I go to Desktop from properties it will not let me hightlight any of the options for choosing a pic to display. All it lets me do is change the color.

If your referring to a work computer, then that feature probably has been disabled by your IT department. Otherwise what version of Windows are you using?

I am using xp, it is a home computer. I think my wife was the one that disabled it.

    Is the 'Desktop' tab missing?

Can you use the 'Browse' button to find wallpaper instead?

Do you and your wife use seperate login names?
