Trump challenged a Congressional Subpoena, and the SCOTUS agrees to hear the case based on the legal opinion that a real court must be involved in subpoenas... that Congress has no broad power to subpoena.

Yep. That's why we have three different branches of government.

    Don,

Not to worry, Schiff, Nadler, and Pelosi, are busy digging up the goal posts as we speak. You'll find them out in left field of the National's stadium.

No one would ever look there for them!

PS: (I heard they found gum with PJT DNA under a desk seat from his 5th grade school room.) They got him and I'm afraid he's toast!

This impeachment circus is going to fold up like a cheap suit.

Mrs Pelosi tried hard to avoid an impeachment exercise. She is politically smart and knew that making Trump look like a martyr would only enhance him to voters. There was no way that he would be convicted by the Senate. She got over ruled by the other Democrats and is probably sitting in her office now mumbling "I told you so."

I can hear the commies now.
"Trump used the Supreme Court to influence the election." He must be impeached.

I think there will be a big show put on in the Senate. Absolutely pulverizing the Dems.

Nothing's likely to come out of the high court until next June. The oral argument isn't even scheduled until March.

Yep, hopefully there are enough red state democrats scared enough of their re-election chance to vote " No " on impeachment.

Maybe Dershowitz can also explain why he was the attorney and close friend of Jeffrey Epstein, and also an alleged rapist and sex offender?

I'm not even going to click on that link since "ALLEGED" doesn't mean squat !

How the hell did it come to pass that if someone was accused of something by ANYBODY they're assumed to be guilty until they can prove their innocence ?

So and So has accused so and so of xxxxxx so it must be true PPPPFFFFTTTT

Innocent until proven guilty only applies in a court of law. Nobody is saying that Dershowitz should be imprisoned without being convicted first.

Outside a court of law, nobody is obligated to consider you innocent until you have been convicted. People are free to think whatever they want.

And I think that it's fair to remind everyone of the allegations against Dershowitz.

After all, Bill and Hillary have never been convicted of anything either.

Do you think that "ALLEGED doesn't mean squat" for the Clintons, too?

REALLY ? Who said anything about convicted ?

I guess being disbarred doesn't mean anything ? Convicted of lying under oath doesn't mean anything ?
Comey spending 15 minutes publicly spelling out MANY felonies committed but because she didn't "intend" to break the law she won't be prosecuted ? Give Me A Break !

You need a better argument. The Clintons have been PROVEN felons many times over. Convicted for some of their offense and some not.

    Get your facts straight
