    Well, LE or not, courtesy or not, I'm glad they collared him. Alcoholism, though considered a disease, is sometimes hard to get a leash on. I'm sure he's tried doggedly over the years, and maybe this is the catalyst to get his obedience going. Certainly, the arresting officer harnassed his available resources, and made the right choice to safely cage the offender. I'm sure it was no walk in the park.

    HA! What a moron, he should have known better in the first place being an LEO that it was a bad idea to drink and drive knowing full well what the results would be.
