Delton DTI-15 for $525 - go or no?

I don't know much about Delton ARs. I saw one at a pawn shop today. It looked to be new or like new. The one thing that made me interested is it has a pencil barrel. According to their website, it is a 1x9 non chrome-lined pencil barrel, with no front sight. This is strictly an optics-ready rifle.

I bought a brand new magpul version Sierra which is a step up with heavy barrel for $599 from my lgs msrp is never what their going for so price is on par if it is truly new if used walk away

I've seen similar rifles from Radical Firearms and ATI for about $400. If I wanted a cheap AR-15 I don't know why I'd pay an extra $100 for a Del-Ton.

Even with expensive AR's, the buyer is assuming that the suppliers and makers are using quality parts and putting things together properly.

My uncle has been plucking Deltons off Gunbroker for 3-400 dollars I think he’s bought 3 of them now.

delton is at the bottom of the garbage barrel along with psa, anderson, and others.

Don’t waste your money.
