So Dell offers a 25% premium on his stock price and people sue saying it isn't enough???

Is this the gouging thread? I mean, seriously. The MARKET sets the share price and fair value. Somehow, all of a sudden, Dell's future prospects are so good, the market is a poor indicator of future value.

This is like the idiot suing Apple because they aren't spending their cash fast enough.

    Well, maybe it isn't....

If I invested in Dell a long while back and I have been rolling my dividens back into stock....And not taking my money out and not paying capital gains tax....

Then you force me to sell and pay capital gains tax and I have been having a good year and Obama has increased taxes on me.....

25% doesn't cover my loss to taxes.

Are you sure about that? Federal cap gains top out at 20%
