    (gun) deer season is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    shot a 7 point this moring
    nothing big just a ol' scrub rack buck

    I went hunting for the second time in my life, first time that I would say actually counted.

    Here's my first deer :)

    Shot on the trot with 6 minutes of twilight left at a range of 350ish yards, 16" spread.

    Ha the hunt was fairly cheap, although as of right now I didn't recover my brass.

    Taxi says that the deer weighed at least 215lbs, scores around 125" (guesstimate), and was 21 or 22" and some change tight behind the head, 24.5" 3" back.

    I recovered one of the 357 bullets, it bounced off the skull, through the ear.

    para40 here hummm where to begin, first thought , I hoped no vehicles were involved. Second thought, second hunt? Blind hog/acorn, blind hog/acorn, hold on, it'illllll come to me, hold ooonnnn.
