I just bought a Lee four peice die set and was wondering if decapping an unspent primer was done the same as decapping a spent primer while resizing?

    Primer can be reliably reused?

    Thanks

Yes just go slow and easy. I have reused primers for plinking ammo, never a problem.

Don't forget to wear your safety equip while doing it.

Definitely go slow pushing out the live primers. Wear your safety glasses and ear pro, they are loud when they go off. :whistling:

Easy to do, go slow and wear ear, eye and hand protection. Keep them so if one goes off that it blows away from you. I have done quite a few and not had any problems or had any blow yet.
I have also been able to reuse them with no problem.
