Hit the gym at 5:00 AM per usual this morning. Twenty minutes of light cardio to get warm and a little stretching. Then hit the deadlift. Managed 495 for 3 sets of 5 reps. Not a lot for you serious guys, but great for me. I should be able to break 500 next week. Also did some DB rows and light bench, but really did not have much left. Feels really good to be getting back.
