Wife's got the crud now. She's been asleep for a while now LOL.

I'm feeling pretty OK. Left knee is feeling OK fine at the moment. Right shoulder just barely has any noticeable pain. I'm tempted to try some pushups, but I think I'll hold off on that a little longer.

Greetings fellows! I'm still about half squashed here, so no progress to report. Hopefully I'll get some momentum soon. Happy training! DBD

My plan is to use lower body oriented bodyweight conditioning workouts to get my conditioning out of the gutter. Hopefully by the time I get hideously bored, my right shoulder will be well enough to do something else. Then, I'll probably start doing some burpees, pushups, pullups, etc.

Not as bad as I would've thought. These were very hard for me, so I expected to be very sore. I'm guessing my energy delivery system is not strong enough to let me do enough to hurt myself LOL.

Been doing OK. No big news for lifting, PRs, etc.

I was doing a bench press progression, but my right shoulder flared up. It's driving me nuts and reducing my exercise options. I was doing quite a bit of pushups before that.

Been working a tabata squats progression for 3-4 months. I'll start posting updates for that and some other stuff I'm doing. I'm trying to follow the "do something" approach.

    On the road.

    Morning:

Tabata squats. 13x4, 12, 11, 11 Can't do as many of these first thing in the morning!

    Situps

    Evening:

Right shoulder is still giving me some trouble. My right harm is typically stronger than my left, so I'm considering starting some left arm progression to maybe get it caught up to my right.

Left-arm pushups. Inclined with hands at 31" above the ground. 6x3. This might be a good plan. I'll need to figure out a way to use 30", 29" and so on.

Support at top of left-arm pushup position. It's pretty hard just to hold that position. 20 sec. x 3.

Stair climbing like you're doing, is one of the most beneficial bodyweight exercises one can do, not to mention one of the toughest. Good going.

Stair climbing, 9 stories x 2, skipping steps. It wasn't very tough this time. Need to add weight next time or go for three ascents.
