    192 lb

    Not feeling very well this morning. Stressed and drained.

    Rows 95x10 (right knee started hurting)

    Pullups: 5,5,4
    Situps: 15, 20 lb added: 12,10

    Joints going crazy. Right knee started hurting during rows. Left ankle hurting about an hour after the workout. Ate well yesterday. Slept well last night. Plenty of advil yesterday. Fasting from 3 pm except two oranges at about 9 pm with advil.

    Four rounds of:
    12 burpees
    24 pushups
    36 squats
    60 sec. jumprope

    Not a PR (21:56), but very good for early in the morning. Probably my second best time. No pushup subsets under four. Felt like I weighed 300 lb during the last round.

    Used the hook grip last Friday for my deads. First time for the whole set. Made a difference. Going to use it again in a few hours after getting off work.

    I like using the hook grip for DLs. As I've gotten older, asymmetrical anything feels like I'm going to hurt something, so I started disliking the opposing grip. Ha.
