    No singles were required on the pushups. There were few doubles also.

    Tabata Squats: 17x7,16

    The quest for 17 continues. Just like last time, I was at the bottom position of #17 in the last set when the clock rolled over to 20 sec.

    This workout was interesting. I changed back over to my Intermittent Fasting schedule yesterday. I was curious if my score would be affected after fasting about 18 hours. It wasn't. I didn't feel as wiped-out after the last set as in the previous attempt. That's awesome news. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to keep up an aggressive S&C program while IFing.
