    Presses: 55x10x4 (left shoulder pain)
    Side Planks: 50 sec. x 3

    AMRAP in 10 min. of: 20 squats, run 25 yards, 10 pushups, run backwards 25 yards. Lost count. Did about 6-7 rounds.

    Left shoulder isn't getting any better. Going to take it easy on shoulder stuff for the next week or more to see if it'll clear up. :(
