Anyone heading to the "great American race" today? I could take exception to that title, since I am born and bred Hoosier boy.
But the Nascar race today will be compelling.
If you aren't going, are you going to watch on the tube? I caught most of the Truck Race Friday night and a good chunk of the Xfinity race yesterday.
BTW, cue the negative nabobs who will be along to tell us that it ain't racin unless Billy Bob wears a T shirt and smokes a cigarette while driving. Or Euro snob who thinks wearing frilly underwear while driving a computer is real racing.

Will catch bits and pieces of it on TV, hoping for a Dale Jr victory.

Racing is racing, regardless of your underwear, telemetry, weather, tire brand, paint color.

I enjoy it, but can only watch so much before I need to change focus. Five hours of any continuous repetitive activity is too much of a good thing for me

I don't watch any sporting event continuously. I will do other things, check back periodically and then watch the last 50 laps.
