In motorcycle lingo that means to run a car tire on the back of your motorcycle. Thinking you are referring to something else.

    Darkside riders.....hmmmm.

Well, since the OP hasn't explained what that means, I certainly hope he's not using a phrase that has more than one meaning. It sounds to me like some covert phraseology the gheys are using. "I think Justin Bieber is a Darkside Rider" would be a good example of it's possible use.

Of course, a little clarification might be helpful. I mean, I guess I could be wrong.:rofl:

I know that a Darksider in my Goldwing rider community is called that for running a Car Tire.

I run a Kumho car tire on my GL1800.

I knew that the ones that were would know the meaning. I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience running the Coker 550R16 classic blackwall? I have one on my 85FLHTC with about 250 miles on it so far.

Don't like the look of a car tire on a motorcycle.

Coker has placed their prices well outside of reason. Shinko makes an exact duplicate of the old Goodyear Super Eagle for $129 (and that's a WWW). I have two of them mounted and balanced on my newly-bought '64 for less than the price of one Coker. HH

I don't, but I have thought bout it. Unfortunately, every time I've seen a topic on this discussion, neither side has been able to answer simple questions without resorting to just dismissing opposing views as stupid or uninformed.
