I'm excited. BUT, I got my .556 Daniel Defense at a good price, judging by what they are asking for them now, I won't be in the market for one of their.308 guns anytime soon, which is a shame.

Dunno. 7.62x39 is enough for me. So long as it'd reliable as he'll and stands up to all kinds of abuse. That's what you want in a battle rifle.

7.62x39 is not a battle rifle cartridge and would suck horribly if you attempted to use it as such.
