Dam these violent devil dogs
it may look harmless, unless you know the warning signs. that's just just a test, a taste test before the ensuing bloodbath.
you best warn the dog.
Pit Bull > 10mm
I could show you some pics of the 8 year old we had mauled by the "family" dog last month but I would get banned, he will probably need surgeries the rest of his life. We go to about 1 pitbull bite a month (maybe more). Yeah they are great dogs......................just ask their owners.
This thread went south in a hurry
That's responsible. Wave to Glock Talk when you're on the news.
Yeah weird huh? You post a pic of an infant with a pitbull, who woulda thought? Crazy.
doesn't take long this week.
Cute pic though.
Not my kid, found pic on the internet. I just thought it was a cute photo of a baby and a dog
The problem with putbulls is that they have been selectively bred for one thing over the years- to bite (HARD), rip, and not let go.
Most dogs bark, rush, bite RELEASE and retreat as most dogs’ goal is to make the intruder leave, so they let the intruder leave, and live. Tragically, the goal of a “good” pit is the mauling, so their instinct is to simply attack and not stop. They usually won’t let go, won’t let the victim leave.
Their brains actually release endorphins while they are doing this, so the act itself is rewarding to them.
That dog would kill that baby and 5 minutes later act like nothing at all had happened. There are steps to take to mitigate this and discourage aggression, but baby-pitbull-snuggle-time is literally like playing Russian Roulette with your child's life.
You forgot the locking jaws and laser beams from their eyes part.
I'd say it's probably more about the demographic who tend to own the pitbull than anything.
But just for grins n giggles, how often to rottweiler/dobermann attacks occur in your neck of the woods? And also what about German Shepherds.
I got those around my house now, I need to make sure I'm not taking care of some killer dogs that are going to rip my face off and wipe their butt with it.
Honestly, where did you expect this thread to go?
