Hmmm. 975 rounds of .22. At a gun show... What'd you pay, about $400?

    <---wishes he was joking...

I buy Glocks, she can never tell the difference in size (comes from years of being told 8" when in reality it is only 5").

I tried that. I was $100 short on a gun I suddenly "needed". A friend appeared out of nowhere and offered me the $100. Dang it!

I've never found anything I wanted to buy...at least not at a price that made it worth buying. Part of the problem is the gun show is across state lines.

3 boxes of Federal Auto Match, boxes of 325 for $66 incl tax, too expensive but if you wanna' shoot.....
    So 975 rounds = .7 a round....
The least expensive I have found lately...Rem Thunderbolt at 2.59/50 but good luck getting any, at Bass Pro

I come home from the gunshow.

I find great deals, on guns, ammo, jerky, etc.....Slide everything into the safe. (except the jerky)

Wife: 'What did you buy today?"

    Me: Nuttin........

A local (Twin Cities) radio host invented the '48 hour rule'. If you can get something into the house or garage for 48 hours before the wife sees it, and starts asking questions, you are allowed to refer to it as "that (this) old thing? I've had it forever". It's not considered a lie at that point.

I don't understand you guys that can't tell your wife the truth. Get some pants.

I have been to one gun show here and there was no good deals so I am done with them. I would like some pistol powder and 7.62x39.
