Vanderhagen had pleaded with Judge Rancilio not to turn the boy over to his mother, who had on multiple occasions demonstrated she was incapable of keeping him safe.

“His lawyer said something is going to happen to this child,” Vanderhagen’s mother, Deborah, told local media WXYZ. “You need to get him away from the mother. There are too many red flags. And the judge said, ‘Oh, that is in the past.’”

"The investigative report also says at no time did he threaten harm or violence, still he was charged with Malicious Use of Telecommunication Services..."

I guess the 1st Amendment doesn't exist any more either. Once upon a time, the ACLU would come to his man's defense. Now, they would more likely be prosecuting the case.

The judge should be held responsible for the death of the child and be in jail.

You find most judges will side with the woman, and in this case even if they're a despicable parent.

Sounds like $500,000.00 bond is frightfully high for a non threatening internet post. How much does a tube of judicial butt hurt salve cost in Michigan?

From that. What was the cause of death?
I saw something about being " shanked"?? Did he post that? Was that in reference to the judge? (I didn't see that in clip)

I'm sure his look didn't help in court. They didn't go into what red flags were with his baby mama...

It says he was released, went back to more posting, then arrested... Maybe there were conditions on release? Slanted reporting. Stuff they should have revealed if helpful to story was not brought up...
You get released, court date... Maybe tone it down a bit.

“Oh, that is in the past”. What a bunch of BS. A 7 year old would make a better judge than this moron.

Members or associate members of the pink mafia. This ain’t helping my misogyny any.

We are fast approaching uk level of thought police. In the judges courtroom, they are benevolent dictators, meaning they can do almost anything they want. Outside, not so much, though they do inherently carry a boatload of clout.
This is bordering on sickening abuse of power and a clear violation of first amendment.

I like the idea of her being held accountable for her decision. He warned her, she said, “that was in the past.” Does that go for murderers as well? How about rapists? She is criminally stupid.

You might be disappointed to learn that many male judges are just as bad.....or worse.

Surprisingly that bastion of journalistic integrity Infowars seems to have failed to mention that he was actually out on bond for stuff he wrote on social media regarding the judge when we wrote more stuff on social media and was brought back to court a second time for more of the same offense. A judge then, not surprisingly, ruled he was in violation of his bond conditions when he set the new bond at half a million.

And also I am guessing the article in question may have neglected to mention the custody was not actually decided by the judge but by a court referee.

I'm kind of afraid to comment on this one; I don't want to get locked up too.
