Which would you choose for primary CCW and why?

Glock is simpler, lighter and easier to get holsters & sights for.

CZ's alloy frame feels more substantial, but is heavier to carry. Manual safety means I'd carry it hammer down on a round, don't really want to mess with C&L carry.

Anybody own both or have fired both that can compare/contrast these two?

    Thanks!

I'm not really familiar with the CZ RAMI, but vastly prefer guns that DO NOT have a thumb safety. I would get the Glock for that reason alone.

The RAMI's out. I don't really want to fuss with the manual safety on a carry gun, and every CZ 9mm I've tried has a terribly gritty trigger out of the box.

I do, however, really like the Sig P239. This makes it a tough call! :)

Well you are asking on Glock Talk.

Get the G26. Or my prefered 9mm the G19.

Owned both simultaneously. G26 is better, more options, better aftermarket support, holsters, nightsights, etc, etc, etc. The RAMI is essential the same size. Only advantage would be the ability to carry it locked and cocked for those people who prefer that mode (ala 1911). Besides, mine had weird problems, fail to return to battery, rounds hang up in the magazine (below the feed point!). I guess I bought too early in the life of the model. Got rid of it. Kept the G26 :rollsmiley:
