I got the email about how much of a money crunch you guys are in at the moment, and I have a suggestion that might help make all the pages on GT a bit smaller. Two suggestions (they're kinda related): 1. Change over to a DIV based layout instead of using tables, or at least use CSS classes instead of repeating color, font, and size information in every single table element. 2. Switch to an external CSS file for color and layout. This has several benefits. The first is that it makes your base pages MUCH smaller, so your server software spends less time building and sending off pages. The second benefit is that each user only has to load the information for fonts and colors once, since they are common across all pages and stored in one cached file. The third benefit is that it's very simple to change colors, fonts, and text files across all pages; just modify the one file and you're set. I don't know how much control your current version of vBulletin gives you over the HTML code it generates. But if you have some sort of template file you can edit, a modification like this shouldn't be that tough. Feel free to PM me if you need examples of what I'm talking about.
