Customer service the way that it should be

    A while back I posted a thread about some abysmal CS that I experienced from MS. They tried to extort $100 from me for warranty tech support.

    I've since had an issue with my high end THX speakers. It seem that my headphone jack no longer works. So I called THX and explained the issue with them. The lady that I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. I told her that I just needed the one speaker replaced. She said no problem, well send you out a completely new system no questions asked. I was flabbergasted.
    On week later the new speaker system arrived at my door.

    Now this is how customer service should be. I've used THX speakers for over 10 years, and now they have a customer for life.
