they quote 90 days, but it depending on the options that you have i've seen people get them get delivered around 60 days.

    Exactly.

90 days is their standard answer. I'd rather get quoted 90 days and get it in 60 to 70 days than vice-versa. I've had that happen a couple times with another semi-custom builder.

Under-promise and over-deliver is always better than over-promise and under-deliver.

Cool. At least it will stand out from the other KC's. Can't wait to see it.

Most Kobras tend to stand out from the other KCs. :whistling:

    The full size Kobra?

I've always liked them, but you don't see too many.

Never seen a bob'd Kobra. That will be badass and totally unique. You know, Cobra64 had DW build a custom bob'd Valor and they decided to make the VBOB (allegedly) as a result. Perhaps you will inspire Brown just like Mark did.

Missed the fullsized part. So, in that case, it'll stand out over other Kobra's.

Mine was 2 1/2 - 3 months. But that was about 1.5 years ago so I am not sure what the time frame is now.

The 5" Kobra is sweet and if I get a Ed Brown again (a likely possibility) that would be the model I would get. I would get the bobtail option, a solid short trigger and the 10-8 sights and call it a day.

Congrats on the 1911, you will love it I am sure.
