    Hi all,

It just struck me, is it possible to (CNC)produce a steel frame for the Glock 17?

    What would that cost?

    Sure it's possible.

Well, there WAS the Alchemy, with a Glock-type upper on a metal receiver that used a stirrup trigger and grip safety like a 1911. Ugh, the worst of both worlds, striker fired and a straightline trigger.

Anything is possible if you have the time and money. I've worked for aerospace companies and seen what can be made on there machines.
