    Yes, but I worked for CIS back in 2005. Best part of working there was the naturalization ceremonies. Worst part was seeing the out and out fraud perpetrated by some immigrants (read:Russians) during the process.

    Yes. I scored a 94%. Term lengths for Congress killed me! Some of the answers were quite funny, like 'the freedom to pay taxes'!

    95% but dam that format was painful. At least two I clicked the wrong answer by mistake and didn't catch it until I had clicked "Next". I agree you should have to pass it to vote. I'd go further and say you should have to pass it EVERY time you vote.
