Could someone tell me the correct way to remove and install the rear sights ? I know you use the "sight pusher tool" but what I'm asking is does it matter which side you push the sight to or from ?
Someone told me the proper was is push out from right to left and back in from left to right as you are looking at the rear of the slide.

Doesn't matter. The Glock dovetail is "hourglass shaped", wider on the sides and tighter toward the center. It is however, less stressful on the sight tool to "push" (clockwise rotation) rather than "pull" from the weak side of the tool regardless of the dovetail direction you start from. Both of my tools mentioned this in the instructions.

I always use "left to right" just like the pins.
