Apologies if previously posted, but worth it, IMO.

I have heard and I like the new logo.

Here's my original. They're cool pistols indeed.

It's interesting that they went with a different trigger than standard 1911's.

I'm going to have to get up to Dan Coonan's shop and see if I can talk him out of a set of the new grips. I like the new logo.

Yeah, they are a bit different. The modal A's trigger was a pivot type, which is even more different from a 1911's trigger.

It likes a full power load. I really don't think there's any way to put TOO much powder in a casing. LOL

    Very smooth shooter.

Was kinda hoping that they found a way to stuff an extra round in the mag. But I could still live with 7+1.

I have 3 eight round mags and 2 seven round mags for mine. The 8 rounders were not very common.

All this time I have sat in here comfortable futile jealousy of bac's Coonan, knowing that I likely will not find one, now I actually have to worry about allocating the cash to snatch one up.

I shot one in the 1980s.. fantastic shooting and accurate weapon. Recoil is not as bad as you might expect. I suspect the trigger is similar to the Firestar autos. The gun is regulated for the 125 grain JHP (best manstopper load)

I am getting one! A autoloading .357 mag has always been on my list of dream guns.

Now AMT needs to reintroduce their .30 carbine pistol and ill be happy. Or Bac can just GIVE ME his.

Was eyeing an older one a couple weeks back. Once I heard they were coming out with new one I decided to wait. Looks like it won't be long.

Anyone know the release date and MSRP?
