My answer is eastern European.
A couple of years ago I approached an older lady that was working at Home Depot and asked her about a cabinet. Her answer came in this sensually soothing blend of German and Tennessee and I was awestruck at how incredible she sounded.
I told her I loved her accent and the only reason I wasn't going to propose was that my wife was standing right next to me.
Proper British Indian
French accents do it for me, but then my Family has French roots.
