Funny how you didn't care that she wasn't hot.
I love these frosted sugar cookies sold at practically every supermarket bakery.
She had appeal in the way that anyone who serves you Oreos with peanut butter has appeal. But in the face she was gross
Got it. You still wanted to hit it.
With a 2X4
Mom's homemade chocolate chip and butterscotch chip cookies. Sure she used the recipe off the Nestle Toll House package but they were made with love. Macadamia nut and white chocolate chip also.
I can make the cookies but Mom's tasted better!
Oh man i totally agree... i make my mom`s cookie recipe`s all the time, just no way the same. Mom`s always added something that made them taste better. I think it was their secret they took to their grave`s... a way to make us all come back home, for those delicious home baked cookies.
I remember as a stupid little kid, i told my mom i was running away... bout an hour later, i could smell them cookies in the oven way outside... damned feet would run my ass back to the house every time without fail.
I have always loved sugar cookies. Simple and delicious.
I also like these.
The free kind.
I never pass up oatmeal cookies.
..with milk and flowers.. yum.
I just remembered the "cake" that was made with chocolate wafers and whipped cream...never made it to the next day...
Plain bisquit type, nilla wafers, windmill or gigner snaps dipped in milk til semi soggy.
Filled type, fig newtons.
Fat Man Crack. I love those things.
Those cookies were awesome! I'd forgotten them.
Anyone remember these:
Stella D'Oro closes doors after 78 years (as of 2009)
The famous Bronx maker of Italian cookies and breadsticks closed its gates as the 3 p.m. shift walked out, leaving nearly 150 plant workers jobless.
"I'm very sad," said Mike Filippou, 45, a mechanic at the plant for 14 years. "After all these years, it's finally closing."
"Many people didn't believe it," said George Kahssay, 51, a floor manager. "Some had a little hope that it might continue, that they must be crazy to close it."
The original bakery opened in the Bronx 78 years ago (as of 2009). Some of its workers have been there for over 30 years.
The news came as the rest of the workers rallied on the steps of City Hall, demanding the city go to court to stall the plant's sale to a North Carolina-based snack food maker, Lance Inc.
I understand that Target has them for sale. Wish we had a Target Store in Montana.
Oddly enough, I like those cheap oatmeal cookies that cost like $1.28. I take them home and open the package and set them in the cupboard a day or two. They somehow get moist and soft just sitting there in the open air like that. I love them when they soften up.
Butter cookies of any ilk

Been on a kick with Wally World ‘Decadent Toffee Pecan’ cookies.
