Can anyone tell me how to clear the list of images searched for in Google Images? I clicked on a link in a GNG thread and it took me to an inappropriate site and I'd like to get rid of it.
I'm using Firefox 2.0 and I've tried to "block" cookies from images.google.com, but it hasn't cleared the old cookies or preventing new ones, apparently.

Thanks, in advance, for your help!

In FireFox, click "Tools" and select "Clear Private Data". Check them all and click "Clear Private Data Now".

Oh, and did anyone else find it humorously ironic that someone by the username of "Eraser" needed help erasing stuff?

Nothing personal at all, Eraser, just found it humorous.

Actually, you are right about the username........I "acquired" it about a decade ago......I had a propensity to delete and remove a lot of stuff that, in hindsight, perhaps I shouldn't have. (Hmmm, I might still exhibit that trait today...).

The good thing about my username was that I was heavily into multi-player flight-sim and first-person shooter games for a very long time and the nickname seemed more suitable!

Ty, sir. I will try that now!

Edited to add: Clearing the Private Data didn't seem to do the trick. Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.

Are the entries in the actual Google images page or do you use Google Toolbar or something?

I access google images thru a bookmarked personal tab in Firefox and it takes me to the google images website. I believe it's http://images.google.com/.
Clearing all Google references from Firefox's cookie list does not clear the list of images.

Your past searches aren't stored in cookies, it's Firefox that remembers them. The option (in FF 2.0) is under Options->Privacy->History->Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar. In the Clear Private Data windows, you have to make sure "Saved Form and Search History".

That seems to have done the trick! Thanks for all of the help.
