Probably. Doesn't that just chap your ass?! If the gunman would have slaughtered the diners (like that unprovoked cop shooting some years ago I think Ayoob covered somewhere...) it would be "See? guns are bad! They kill innocent people." But you're right they won't write about 'cook in diner saves patrons' lives by killing POS trying to rob them.' It MIGHT get mentioned as "Cook puts diners' lives in jeopardy by wildly firing gun at possible robbers." Gun being investigated for possibly being illegal firearm. :steamed:
