I've got an old track video that was recorded on a GoPro camera a few years ago that I'd like to upload--or even edit it--but I don't seem to be able to copy it to the hard drive; the only thing I can do is play it on the DVD player.

It's in a VTS format; when I open the properties up there are about 6 or seven files but most of the actual video seems to be on 2. I tried copying the largest file using a MPEG4 convert but it wouldn't play back due to a corruption issue.

Would appreciate any suggestion on how to covert this file to AVI or MOV format to upload--thanks in advance.
