I contacted Glock again today after waiting a month for my replacement RSA to come in. The lady on the phone was really nice and helpful after taking my serial number. She was able to look up the information on my replacement ordered 9/7/2011. She said it was due to ship out it be another 2-Weeks before I get it. I figured I just give ever one a heads up here sounds like the recoil springs for the 17's are on major back order.

I emailed the RSA Team, and didn't hear anything from them for four weeks. Then I got an email that said they've processed my request and I should receive the new RSA in 2-4 weeks. I received it the NEXT day. (BTW...I know some have been keeping their old RSA instead of sending them back to Glock. I sent mine back. I, personally, felt that was the right thing to do).

I ordered the RSA for my 25th anniversary G17 on 9/12/2011 (5 days after you) and still have not received anything as of today so I called them.

The guy told me that they ship out in bulk and they were 2-4 weeks out on shipping the next batch, and they are on the 4th week now so they will be going out very soon.

It may be the ethical thing to do but I wouldn't be in a hurry. You really need to get a lot of rounds downrange to verify proper functioning of the new RSA before shipping off the old one. I just got the 2-4 weeks email so looking forward to how the new RSA works.

I sent an e-mail on 9/07 asking for the new RSA and got a call today asking me to send in my frame to replace the ejector. They e-mailed a prepaid label, so I sent it in. I did mention in message that I had many ejected to my face with several malfunctions.

Hopefully I will get it back working great next week. Never had to send my
G27 back for anything.
