Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When The Government Breaks It's Own Laws I just finished this. Just when I thought I knew about most of the instances of the government shredding the constitution for it's own ends, I read about a few more. If anyone feels like tempting an aneurysm, give this book a read. The author takes everyone to task, regardless of party affiliation. It's refreshing to have someone around who points out the Constitution is intended to prescribe how the government is controled by the people and not vice versa. One thing that aggravated me about the author: If he's writing this book, and knows about all of this, why is he still not on the bench? He could be doing a lot of good there.
