    I first built this one about 16 years ago.
    Well I bought it back from the owner a while back and have just completed
    a few upgrades and a refinish.

    The craftsmanship and attention to detail in that one is absolutely amazing. :drool: As per usual.





    and I normally can't stand comp'ed 1911s.

    I didn't really know what to expect when I read this thread title, normally I dont like a compensator on anything but a full blown race 2011.

    Looks pretty good.

    The finish is Graphite Black Cerakote over a base of manganese phosphate.
