If America ever goes down it will be because of ignorant, hate filled, easily deceived and manipulated suckers and fools who have believed the lies and propaganda of the extreme Democrat socialist communist party and the *fake* news media. Also the further our Country drifts away from the Truth of God’s Word (the Christian Bible) in the upbringing of our children, we will reap what we sow. And we are seeing that today. That is undeniable and undebatable.

MAGA !! Vote Trump and Republican on November 3rd to stop the insanity!!!

When Biden talks of "creating" two million jobs, does anyone stop to think how you create a job? A job is created when a need exists and there is capital or cash flow to support paying that worker. Biden wants to increase taxes on corporations and on people making more than $400,000. That's billions more flowing into the Treasury and billions less for paying workers.

I'm certain that this company of 170 employees will be negatively affected when taxes are raised, not on the workers, but on the companies and owners of the people who provide employment. I'm so sick of hearing politicians talk about creating jobs and raising taxes "on the rich".

I don't see anything wrong with explaining to the workers how the results of an outside influence, in this case the election outcome, could effect the company and the employee's jobs.

It's not like the owner is saying something like,
"If you vote Democrat I will fire you."

I hope Mr. Daniels has someone go through the parking lot of his business and record who drives a car with a Biden bumper sticker on it and then lays off the Biden voters first.

I don't like this tactic. I wouldn't like this tactic if the shoe were on the other foot either.
Not much better than Facebook and Twitter censoring pro-Trump stuff. It's strong arm bullying and it doesn't sit well with me.

Maybe, like obama, he's counting jobs saved. Saved from what and why...?

Between the line above and not seeing the damn 'MyPillow' guy I could be a mostly happy man. All politicians seem to do is talk :chatter:. Oh yeah, and take vacations, retreats, campaigning and such. Working like, what, 150 days a year? Please. I don't know anyone who makes $400K a year. Maybe I need better friends.:D
I agree with you on all counts.

People should know what the consequences are of the decisions that are made. People need to plan ahead and prepare for the future.

maybe if my stupid governor would have given a little more thought the the consequences of his sweeping economic shut down....

    Let me add...

This is the difference between a government entity and a private entity. Leaders in the private sector must think about the immediate consequences of their actions. Often times in government there is a diffusion of responsibility and delay in feedback/consequences. This can be good, infrastructure, maintaining an army, building roads, teaching kindergarten. For some things you want the long term goals and pay offs. However, Government has taking a larger role in our life they have begun to micro manage our day to day interactions Mask, essential vs non essential, group size school closures etc. At this level the long term goal setting and delayed gratification possible with government programs is no longer functional or desired.

Something similar here in Colorado. The owner of a trailer park sent a letter to the residents explaining that their rent would go up if Biden was elected, due to higher taxes, more regulation, etc.

The usual sob sisters on the news were of course incensed.

I used to work for a small company that owned and operated 2 skilled nursing facilities here in North Carolina. One of my favorite memories of the owner of that company was the morning he interrupted the administrator and started off our dept head morning meeting with “If I ever hear of any of you voting in favor of Medicare For All, or universal healthcare at any level, I will fire you on the spot.”

He had been fighting with the state and federal representatives that interpret Medicare’s star-ratings criteria for nursing homes, and he had had his fill of bureaucracy because Medicare was shafting us out of a 5 star rating for a very stupid reason.

I miss working for that man, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity when I was presented with my current job.

Quite the contrary. The employer has a moral responsibility to inform his employees of the status of the company IF biden wins. This is based on what biden said he would do to businesses if he was elected. That's not strong arm bullying, that's keeping the employees informed of the future. The employees can still vote any way they want.

What facebook and twitter are doing is censoring info that a user is requesting and only providing the info THEY think you should have. Communist and socialist countries do this constantly. Notice that democRAT politicians have no problem with this tactic.

Democrats do it. Have you not read where big tech fires people for dissenting political views?

As an example of hiring democrats, Google New Belgium Brewery. They are very open that they only hire "politically like minded people" (i.e. leftists).
